Hearth Hold at Dusk

The main menu has a new look: instead of a static picture, you now arrive in Hearth Hold itself, lit up at dusk. It's the first thing new players see, so it should look like the game they're about to play.

New

  • The main menu now shows Hearth Hold at dusk, live: torches flicker, lanterns glow in the inn windows, Hank works at the quest board, and the view drifts slowly across town

Improved

  • The view respects your browser's reduce-motion setting and stays still if you've asked for less movement
  • Desktop players: this update also brings every fix from 0.12.3, including the skill bar, online status and fishing spot fixes

Fixed

  • Going from character select into the world no longer freezes for a moment after you click Play
